Position Summary

The focus of this position is to proactively monitor and maintain Mytech’s managed client network infrastructures and resolve user issues promptly.

The Mytech team provides an amazing network of support with clear process documentation, and training opportunities to set you up for success in your role.

Schedule

Weekdays – 3pm to 12pm Central Time. No Weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to our staff through verbal and written communications.
• Support of Mytech Partners managed services clients and services
• Responding to Client and management agent service tickets/requests
• Proactively monitoring and troubleshooting managed backup solutions
• Maintaining managed backup solutions, Servers, Workstations
• Answering phone calls and assisting in afterhours emergency support
• Assisting in disaster recovery scenarios
• Mobile Device Management and support
• Proactively monitoring and troubleshooting managed network assets
• Scheduled maintenance
• Platform Administration
• Assisting in management tool platform upgrades, patching, application updates, after-hour services and maintenance
• Acquiring new technical skills

Qualifications

2 years of experience supporting the following technologies:

Required: Windows Desktop OS’s, Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365 Platform

Preferred:

Email flow troubleshooting, VLAN, VPN, Cisco Switch Configurations, Routing, Wireless, SonicWall & Fortinet firewall solutions, understanding of security risks and impacts, understanding of business continuity, Knowledge of ITIL and change management

Please note this is not a work-from-home opportunity. This position requires you to work in our New Brighton office

Due to client regulatory compliance requirements, it is a prerequisite of this role to be a legal US Person or US Permanent Resident.
