Growing luxury home maintenance company seeking part-time Human Resource Manager/Office Manager.
** Human Resources responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
– Function as the lead contact for HR-related matters
– Process bi- weekly payroll
– Time-off management
– Benefits administration including annual open enrollment, new hire enrollment, COBRA administration, 401K funding transfers/compliance reporting
– Maintain employee records and agreements
– Administrative support on compliance projects/reports, i.e. governmental, state, CORI, vendor compliance, OSHA, workers compensation, unemployment
** Office Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
– Manage office supplies, employee clothing, business cards, etc.
– Maintain & update “on call” schedule
– Auto Fleet Management
– Provide support for employee engagement activities which include coordinating employee activities/events, and facilitating site communications
** Qualifications, Experience & Personal Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field
– Two to five year’s experience in human resource management
– Adept knowledge of HR policies and procedures; benefits administration and local state and government employment laws, HRIS systems knowledge a plus
– Maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality and trust
– MS Office suite of products with extensive Excel experience
– Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication & organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
