Role
This Program Manager (PM) role sits on the Innovation Delivery team within Operations at MVP. This individual is accountable for the execution and delivery of multiple strategic objectives for the organization. The PM will accomplish execution efforts by leading and managing cross-functional teams aligned to the strategic objectives and deploying foundational project management skills as guided by the Innovation Delivery Playbook. To influence and enhance the Playbook, the PM will perform retrospectives and engage in process improvements as we seek to grow and hone our skillset as a team.
This individual must be comfortable establishing and leading cross-functional teams, working with internal and external stakeholders, and generating/reporting on Executive level summaries. In addition, the role will be responsible for tasking and milestone project plan development, detailed project documentation and follow up with project leads, project monitoring, risk mitigation, executive reporting on the health of the initiative, project communication plans, metric development and monitoring to ensure successful execution.
Being deeply rooted in operational or strategic initiatives and partnership work efforts, this individual is responsible for ensuring the MVP core values are a key component to all our work efforts. This PM will embrace and embody a culture where business units work toward collaboration, innovation, and positive customer experience. This PM will be an enterprise level thinker, capable of pioneering continuous improvement across the organization, and ensuring execution work exemplifies excellence in delivery, customer experience, and partner relationships. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education:
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Three years’ professional experience in a health-related environment or in Project Management role, can be substituted for a Masters Degree with internship in a related field.
Minimum Experience:
Prior experience with leading/facilitating cross-functional teams. Strong leadership, project management and/or business analysis background preferred. Experience with or exposure to Predictive Index, Lean and/or Agile/Scrum beneficial.
