Manages broker applications, appointments, information gathering, and performs analytical support for commissions and internal projects. Responsible for analyzing current practices and executing changes to improve the overall process. Establishes professional relationships for successful execution internally and externally with broker partners.This position will serve as a critical partner to MVP’s Sales team for data gathering and analysis. Ability to draw conclusions from data trends and make recommendations to leadership on potential process enhancements.
What You’ll be Doing :
In this position, the Broker Administration Professional will be responsible for external customer facing broker service requirements, including written and oral communication. Analysis and verification of requirements for new and existing brokers to support MVP and regulatory compliance.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education :
BA degree or an AS degree in business-related field with sales support or customer service experience in an insurance setting.
Minimum Experience :
A minimum of three-years of insurance broker support or customer service experience.
