We have an opening for a Systems Administrator This is a multi-level position that covers a broad range of IT services and support of hardware and software systems and applications on both the Mountain-Pacific corporate and other contract environments.

Primary responsibilities include: • Support and maintenance of hardware and software infrastructure including Windows Server 2008012016, Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Management, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange Online, VMWare Vsphere, Dell Storage Area Network, Watchguard Firewall, Cisco networking equipment, Altigen MaxCS hosted phone system, Zix Secure Email or similar platform, and Veritas BackupExec or similar platform. • Desktop support, local, telecommuters, and work from home users, including Windows 101, Office 365 Suite, Adobe products, Altigen IPTalk clients or similar platform, disk encryption, antivirus, and attached peripherals, including printers, webcams, headsets, etc. • Building and maintaining desktop and laptop images using Windows Deployment Services or similar platform. • Basic understanding of networking concepts. • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation on server, desktop, network and SAN environments. • Documentation and maintenance of accurate software licensing records Mountain Pacific offers competitive salaries and full benefits.
