Educational Case Manager – grant funded and part time

Duties:

Under the supervision of the TRIO/SSS Program Director, and in cooperation with other campus support services, the Educational Case Manager will coordinate, track and monitor all support services provided to program participants from initial admittance through participant goal completion.

Education/Experience:

Master’s degree in social work, college student personnel, guidance and counseling or related area; minimum one year experience in providing support services related to the educational, career, and personal/social development of college students, and ability to relate effectively and with sensitivity to all staff and program participants required. Experience in community college setting and experience providing support services to students with backgrounds similar to that of program participants preferred.

Qualifications:

Prefer background similar to program participants (first-generation college and low income).
