The Performance & Planning Program Specialist II assists the Developmental Disabilities and Early Intervention Programs, under the general direction of the Performance & Planning Administrator, in the data and program analysis, planning, monitoring and coordination with County Contracted and/or Medicaid waiver enrolled community-based Developmental Disabilities and Early Intervention service providers.

Some travel required.
