ANNUAL SALARY: Molloy utilizes a salary calculation tool
that is designed to treat all University employees fairly and maintain internal equity with-in our compensation structure. Salary for
individual incumbents is determined by skills and knowledge, position relevant experience, and equity within the University.

GENERAL PURPOSE
The TRIO counselor is responsible for
providing a high level of support to students in the federally funded TRIO SSS Program. The TRIO Counselor works collaboratively with all
constituencies at the university to facilitate effective academic interventions, provide individual and group academic advisement, connect
students to appropriate resources and support the overall goals of the TRIO Program. An understanding of the support needed for diverse
student populations is critical to this position.
