Position Description
Maintains all plant offices, rest rooms, lunch room, main aisles, and carpets. Responsible for upkeep of buildings and grounds including parking lot. Maintains inventory and processes requisitions for cleaning supplies and paper products. Performs assembly and machine operation jobs as needed. Ability to establish and follow work schedule. Cleans production areas as needed. Responsible for keeping work area clean, safe and orderly. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Required Education & Qualifications
(A) Ability to maintain quality/safety standards.
(B) HS Diploma/GED preferred.
(C) Makes minor decisions and uses some judgment to perform assignments.
(D) Frequently handles 21-50 lbs. while standing.
(E) Continuous mental and visual attention required.
(F) Ability to work from diagrams and prints.
(G) Training will be provided. Must have the ability to learn the duties of job in a short period of time.
(H) Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
(I) Ability to work overtime when it is deemed necessary.
(J) Committed to the safety program of the company.
(K) Constant care necessary to prevent serious injury.
(L) Teamwork at all levels.
