Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide Telephone / Remote and On-Site troubleshooting and technical support for PC hardware, Document Scanners, Printers, Applications and general networking issues set up and manage user accounts and permissions
  • Set up new computers and access for new hires
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications
  • Support and resolve Printer issues
  • Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related issues
  • Monitoring day to day computer performance
  • Monitor and update antivirus
  • Maintain and update workstations
  • Update and maintain the computer inventory and equipment.
  • Assist in technical upgrading and maintaining of entire desktop systems.
  • Support in testing and deployment of new applications and systems.
  • Train and guide staff on hardware and software usage.
  • Assists IT Manager with server maintenance and networking as need
