The IT Project Manager will plan, establish, and manage Information Technology (IT) projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects. He or she will be given the opportunity to learn and grow while handling a variety of tasks to support the IT Department and the business. He or she will need to demonstrate effective customer communication abilities and analytical thinking in many facets of his or her daily tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Manages assigned IT Projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project
· Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing
· Sets and tracks project milestones, managing schedules and expectations as needed
· Establishes and implements project communication plans to provide status updates to impacted staff and stakeholders
· Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports
· Proactively participates in or leads team efforts to achieve departmental and Company goals and objectives
· Conduct root cause/corrective action on group performance metrics
· Support or lead IT and/or major process initiatives
· Execute ad hoc projects, as required
Qualifications and Skills
· Organized with attention to detail
· Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning; execute with Agile methodology
· Ability to motivate individuals and teams to complete a project in a timely manner
· Self-starter with strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
· Team player; customer-focused
· Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, etc.) or related software
· Understanding of core Business Intelligence (BI)/data warehousing technology
· Proficient with SQL and SSRS required
· Bachelor’s degree required; Finance or Engineering or Information Technology preferred
· A minimum of 3-5 years industry experience or demonstrated academic achievement preferred
Additional Requirement
· Up to 10% domestic travel may be required

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
