Minuteman Press Hiring for Customer Service Representative Job at Corvallis, OR Full Time

Minuteman Press of Corvallis is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Success Coordinator to maintain and grow relationships with valued clients. This person will be high energy, motivated by meeting and exceeding client expectations. This role will not just be fielding client inquiries, but also asking and seeing how else in their business we can help. This person will be proactive in discussing client needs and partnering with them to grow their success.

Strong in-person, written, and verbal communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client requests in a timely manner.
• Multitask while managing a large number of incoming calls and emails.
• Maintain accurate records and document all client service activities and discussions. Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Guide clients in sales and decision making of sign, print, promotional, and apparel procedures.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing. Maintain company database of current cost.
• Training will be provided on our in-house software for quotes, order taking, and invoicing, as well as equipment training.
• Collection of payments and distribution of outstanding statements.
• Generating sales leads and building sustainable relationships
• Assist other departments as needed with basic packaging and production needs. We are a team based atmosphere.
• Manage deliveries and pickups as needed. Up to date Driver’s License is required.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in a customer service position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Graphic Design experience is a plus
• Print Industry and Apparel experience is a plus
