Job Description MindPoint Group is looking for subject matter experts to assist our client with maintaining their ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ISO 20000-1:2018 Service Management System (SMS) certifications. Successful candidates will be highly organized, independently driven, and able to work with high levels of client leadership to improve processes and successfully prepare for and pass annual audits. What you get to do every day: + Operationalize processes and procedures to ensure continued sustainability and maintenance of the ISMS while remaining compliant with both the ISMS and SMS requirements. + Propose and support implementation of improvements identified during management review meetings, internal and external audits, integrated program team meetings, or as directed by leadership. + Develop corrective action plans and support implementation of identified activities to resolve audit findings. + Update processes and procedures for compliance with updated standards as applicable. + Ensure annual external audit readiness by preparing process and/or service owners as well as confirming documentation and/or evidence is available. + Support process and service owners during internal audits. Qualifications Secret Clearance required What skills are required? + Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of professional experience, with at least 8 of those years in IT, Security, and/or ISO 20k/27k certifications. Additional experience may be substitutable in lieu of a degree. + Demonstrated expertise and leadership in the areas of obtaining and maintaining ISO 20k/27k certifications, including direct and active participation in audits + Ability to make an immediate impact and produce exceptional work products independently + Ability to work as part of a cohesive, high performing team + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Location: + This role is remote and will require travel to DC to be onsite for audits approximately 10% of the time. The salary range for this position is typically $150-175k.
