SUMMARY:
Our Human Resources department is looking for someone to impact our growing organization in BIG ways! This Human Resources Generalist will be an asset to ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local employment laws and regulations. They will aid with employee relations issues and unemployment claims. The HR Generalist will administer benefits and maintain payroll systems, along with other duties related to Employee Relations, Performance Management, HR Operations, Leave Management, Compliance, and Compensation & Rewards. SPHR or PHR preferred.
