JOB SUMMARY:
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will function as the human resource liaison to assigned departments and affiliated medical practices. Candidate must have a minimum of (5) five years’ experience successfully operating in an HR shared service model. Candidate must have demonstrated experience primarily in Employee Relations, policy development including interpretation and implementation of those policies, must have a demonstrated working knowledge of employee laws such as FMLA, ADA, Title VII (of the Civil Rights Act), FLSA, etc. Must have demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and possess the ability to make presentations to various levels of an organization. Additionally, the ideal candidate will function as a back-up to the HRIS function which includes knowledge and experience using Dayforce or other HCM system such WorkDay, ADP Vantage HCM, etc. Candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, organizational development strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Full Time: M-F 8:00AM – 5:00PM
