Office/HR Administrator – Staten Island, NY

We have a state-of-the-art infrastructure and we’re looking for a strong Office Administrator. The Office Administrator is responsible for performing HR-related duties and works closely with corporate HR leadership in supporting designated Branch and Field Office locations. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, on boarding, learning, performance management, policy implementation, employee relations, and employment law compliance.
Office/HR Administrator Requirements:
· Must have lots of positive energy
· Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
· Must be able to create/add photo ID’s
· Must be able to multitask and be organized
· Must be tech savvy
· Must be comfortable performing HR functions, Office duties, and being a greeter!
· Will be assisting with the on boarding /new hire process
· Other responsibilities/duties may be assigned.
· Education: Degree preferred not required
· Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements.

Office/HR Administrator Responsibilities:
· Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
· Participates in developing talent goals, objectives and systems.
· Administers the talent development program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
· Conducts recruitment effort for all talent in the Branch Office district; conducts new-employee orientations.
· Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
· Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
· Maintains human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
· Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
· Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
