Role Value Proposition

Evolve and support the Talent Acquisition technology portfolio and roadmap in partnership with leadership and other stakeholders across the business. Provide system administration for Avature ATS and CRM, including configuration, business processes, notifications, auditing and data quality management. Drive and maintain vendor-led releases and system enhancements, including the configuration and development of new features, deploying enhancements, as well as creation and execution of test plans and training. Maintain relationships and lead meetings with key business partners to ensure visibility and partnerships for issue resolution and enhancements. Recognize patterns in support cases and requests to proactively log process enhancements and bugs. Lead knowledge transfer sessions, create and deliver technical and business process solutions.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills

Required:

• 5+ years of experience configuring and managing Candidate Relationship Management (CRM)/Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Avature ATS and CRM, including experience with business processes, data structure, reporting and data auditing
• Experience working in Talent Acquisition process from Talent Identification through Hire
• Experience managing vendors; career sites building rapport and accountability
• Ability to solution for complex Global multi-language configuration challenges
• Ability to analyze and format data in order to produce attractive, informative and readable reports and presentations that are accentuated, where appropriate, by meaningful and insightful tables or charts

Preferred:

• Avature Certification – Associate Level through Subject Matter Expert
• Knowledge and experience working in JSON
• Experience with project management

The wage range for applicants for this position is $90,000 to $115,000. This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
