The Senior Labor Relations Investigations Specialist will be responsible for investigating potential policy violations, alleged misconduct and employee work-related concerns to resolution. High level responsibilities will include intake, case planning, interviews, data review, documentation and making recommendations regarding corrective action. The successful candidate must be able to objectively analyze data and draw reasonable conclusions and work effectively with others at various levels of the organization and across multiple functions within and outside of Human Resources/Labor Relations.
Additionally, the Senior Labor Relations Investigations Specialist will have other labor relations practitioner responsibilities including supporting the grievance procedure and systems; developing tools and resources and contributing to and/or leading multi-site labor relations projects.-
