The Regional Associate Director of Medical Affairs (RADMA) position is a core function within Global Medical and Scientific Affairs organization and supports the achievement of our scientific and medical strategies.- Specifically, the RADMA will partner with the US Regional Director of Medical Affairs (RDMA) to deliver our key scientific/medical strategies (materials, training, concepts) for use with customers (external scientific leaders and key decision makers).-
The RADMA will work across functional areas within our Company to drive the management of new and existing efforts aligned to the medical affairs strategies. The role involves the development and execution of project plans, the identification and creation of needed resources in alignment with and applicable policies and guidance documents.-
Primary Activities:
– Project Management:
The RADMA must possess project management expertise, operational capabilities, persuasive skills, and the ability to lead without direct authority over a continuum of stakeholders at varying band levels to ensure that the practice of meaningful and collaborative scientific exchange at the direction of the RDMA results in trust and value for the company from the perspective of our SL’s and KDMs.-
– Strategy Realization:
Through partnership with the US-RDMA help drive the creation of the Country Medical Affairs plans, ensuring input from group input meetings, congresses, external interactions, and internal cross-functional stakeholders.-Independently identifies and continually improves processes to meet strategic goals of the GMSA program. Support the development of executive level presentations that provide project status updates, and reflect progress against GMSA objectives.
– Material & Training Creation:
Collaborate on the creation, review and approval of resource materials as a strategic operational partner.- Provide support in ensuring appropriate training and up to date information is available to the field medical teams to support their ongoing external interactions.- Provide training and education to strategy/updates.–
