With a digital first mindset that informs, inspires, and engages employees globally, the IT Communications and Change Management Lead plays a critical role in demonstrating our customer/business-centric approach, proactively driving integrated strategic communications and value realization of key IT initiatives. This role will be a member of the global IT Leadership Team, will report to the AVP, IT Strategy Realization, and have dotted line reporting to the Chief Information and Digital Officer (CIDO).

As the IT Communications and Change Management Lead you will be responsible for:

– ——- Acting as Chief of Staff to the Chief Information and Digital Officer
– ——- Leading the IT Marketing and Communications capability, ensuring our company and IT employees stay informed and engaged with the overall IT strategy and initiatives
– ——- Leading the Change Management capability, ensuring value realization of our IT strategy and initiatives
– ——- Leading a team of IT Communications and Change Management professionals

Chief of Staff to the Chief Information and Digital Officer
– ——- Strategic thought partner and trusted advisor to the CIDO and the IT Leadership Team
– ——- Work collaboratively with the CIDO to develop strategic communications, messaging, and presentations on behalf of the CIDO for a large and diverse audience
– ——- Work in partnership with the CIDO and AVP, IT Strategy Realization in management of core operations and meetings of the IT Leadership Team and the IT Senior Leadership Network, and identifies areas for improvement leveraging the holistic view
– ——- Works to systematically engage and integrate the IT e mployee base
– ——- Works in partnership with the Associate Vice President, IT Strategy Realization to provide ad hoc and cyclical support in the annual strategic planning process

IT Marketing and Communications
– ——- Promote a shared sense of purpose by proactively finding and telling the stories that align our company strategy and business outcomes, with a digital lens
– ——- Lead a team of storytellers across a range of communication areas from content strategy to channel management, and drive the continuous modernization of content
– ——- Guide the IT Leadership Team on complex, sensitive, business-critical, and cultural communications
– ——- Build and execute communications strategies for our Company’s IT, in partnership with the broader communications team
– ——- Develop and maintain an integrated view of planned communications for Company’s IT
– ——- Develop and maintain a framework for monitoring the success of communication efforts
– ——- Lead the communications community and share communication best practices

Change Management
– ——- Serve as a curator of culture, helping to drive change and transformation
– ——- Establish and maintain a consolidated view of IT-related change across the organization
– ——- Maintain the leading change perspective, including external thought leadership, to support organizational change and value realization
– ——- Lead a team that supports IT divisions in change management, value realization and maintain the repository of change practices, including self-service tools and accelerators
Plan and support the team to deliver core activities related to stakeholder assessment, change impacts, readiness assessments, communications, training, and sustainability of the change

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. -This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. Expected salary range:
$213,280.00 – $335,700.00
