Contribute to the success of our US Oncology business as an Integrated Business Planner and collaborate with a diverse and inclusive team that’s driven to make a difference!
This position provides essential planning support to our sales and key account management leadership team and will play an important role in helping them achieve their goals and objectives. Your expertise in decision analysis and strategic planning will be instrumental in optimizing resources and making trade-off decisions across all customer segments. You will also lead business planning and resource allocation for our product portfolio, identifying and capitalizing on national, regional, and local business opportunities. Collaboration is key to success in this position, and you will partner closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, including brand marketing leads, to inform strategy and monitor execution effectively. You will also ensure operations for our field-based sales and key account management teams run smoothly and efficiently.
This role also provides the opportunity to actively contribute to the department’s evolution, aligning it with US Market and brand priorities. To make this happen, you will leverage advanced analytics and implement tools and techniques to enhance planning and analytic capabilities. You will also collaborate with other Integrated Business Planners and peer functions to ensure an integrated approach across the Sales Force Planning organization. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with Oncology and related marketing teams to understand reporting requirements and develop pre-built views to support Senior Sales Leadership.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. -This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. Under New York State, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$111,400.00 – $175,300.00
