Job Description

Our Sales team support our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources.-We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems to meet the goals of the patients in their communities. –

The National Sales Leader for Chronic Care will have the opportunity to lead our Chronic Care team supporting Heart Failure, Insomnia and preparing for future product launches. This role will drive overall sales execution and preparation for our robust CV Pipeline. The sales leader will be responsible for executing our company’s strategy in Chronic Care and achieving strategic goals and sales results at a national level.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

• Prepare a national business plan (informed by data and market insights) to be executed through DCO’s, CTL’s and Customer Team Representatives. –
• Coordinate the execution of national and regional sales objectives, tracks progress against objectives, and refines plans as needed to deliver on goals
• Build relationships with internal partners to secure data, resources, and support for key sales initiatives
• Plan & conduct quarterly strategic planning session reviews with relevant company stakeholders to create shared understanding of opportunities, including objectives, strategic imperatives, and tactics
• Participate as a key member of US Pharma Commercial Leadership team to ensure launch readiness, drive a successful launch, and continue to optimize business results –

People Management

• Recruit and retain a diverse, high performing sales team
• Motivate and inspire sales team by aligning goals and objectives to our company’s mission/vision
• Lead and manage Regional Business Managers in the development and implementation of sales strategies
• Provide guidance and direction to managers to effectively coach and develop Account Specialists
• Set and implement people management processes to effectively resource, train, and develop-customer teams to address customer needs
• Drive engagement and monitors performance plans, utilizing KPIs, advanced coaching techniques, and actionable development plans
• Conduct formal and informal performance reviews for Regional Business Managers
• Build an inclusive and equitable team culture that values diverse experiences and perspectives, recognizes employee success, and values continued professional development and personal accountability
• Ensure compliance of sales execution to company policies and code of conduct and drives accountability among the sales team

Customer Engagements

• Build and maintains relationships with top customers and thought leaders
• Lead DCO’s and CTL’s to drive scientific thought leader advocacy and alignment

Sales Operations

• Establish incentive plan parameters and goals to ensure proper focus and motivation towards sales execution
• Provide guidance to managers to optimize regional business plans and deployment of resources
• Review and re-aligns regional boundaries to stay to up to date of changing trends and provide optimal coverage for the customer base

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS)

Required Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years combined experience in Sales and/or Marketing or related experiences
• Minimum of 5 years experience in leading Sales and/or Marketing teams

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years current/recent experience with Specialty or Chronic Care sales
• Demonstrated experience leading, building, and coaching successful teams
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to understand, distill, and convey strategic objectives
• Territory & Business Management with demonstrated-accomplishments
• Strong understanding of US market dynamics, key stakeholders, and existing treatments
• General understanding of key access & reimbursement influences across US regions
• Keen interpersonal skills, including abilities to interact with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and to influence senior levels of management, key opinion leaders, and customers
• Strong prioritization skills and ability contextualize decisions into broader corporate strategies

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected salary range:
$235,280.00 – $370,400.00
