Our Company seeks to recruit a director to serve as a leader for the HHIT Strategy & Outcome Realization organization to report to the Executive Director, Human Health (HH) IT Commercial Strategy & Value Realization. The new Director will drive the updating and maintenance of our multi-year digital technology roadmaps; and ensure that technology solutions and services meet the strategic, transformational and operational goals of the Human Health organization. This leader will work with senior HHIT leadership to influence IT product strategy through the prioritization of digital capability demands and the definition of clear value metrics – objectives and key results (OKRs).
The Director will have responsibility for leading a team of technology professionals in ensuring the HHIT portfolio is linked to Human Health’s strategic imperatives. -To be effective in this role, he/she must partner with executive, functional and operational leaders to understand enterprise, business and IT priorities in the context of business drivers, and then integrate these requirements into the global strategy. This leader should have the business acumen and communication skills to shape, articulate and sell a cohesive business technology strategy.
