Our Market Access teams monitor population demographics and develop solutions to give patients access to our medicines. We act as both educators and advocates for our products, processes, and practices that help us revolutionize how our medicines create value in society.

Under the direction of the Executive Director, Global Market Access (GMAx) Pricing and Tender Value Realization, the Global Pricing Analyst will drive pricing and tender-related initiatives creating the highest value to the business and execute projects in support of market access needs.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will act as a consultant to our stakeholders utilizing the appropriate capabilities for the project, while identifying needs for capability innovation and development.- They will measure the realized business value of our capabilities across the Pricing and Market Access community (Global, GMAx, Local).- He/she provides relevant and actionable information, insights, and recommendations to global cross-functional teams at all levels of the business.- Their actions support international business decision making and shape our company’s value propositions to customers.- Specifically, the incumbent’s responsibilities include

• Generating and communicating insights based on analyses leading to meaningful business outcomes.
• Supporting the data analysis needs of Regional and Franchise Pricing and Market Access teams.
• Strong collaboration with Global Pricing partners (Commercial, Finance, Franchise, IT, etc.) to implement country and regional level programs.
• Supporting the financial forecast process to systematically gather input on price change plans and budgetary assumptions across global markets.
• Providing business perspective and collecting additional insight from global and market-based stakeholders for proposed and future pricing and tender capabilities.
• Assisting the implementation and market-level adoption of various pricing tools and platforms while promoting data-driven, value-based decision making.

Education:

• BA/BS in finance, economics, marketing, analytic degree or related field.
• Master’s degree (MA/MS/MBA/MPH or equivalent) is a plus.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Strong project management skills
• Minimum 5-7 years related work experience in pharmaceutical / healthcare industry, healthcare finance, healthcare consulting, or adjacent business functions (e.g. financial forecasting, business development).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise way.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills to develop and evaluate innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
• Experience using data management, SQL tools, or other Business Intelligence/OLAP cubes (e.g. QLIK, PowerBI, IBM Pricing Analytics).
• Customer focus and ability to deliver positive customer experience.
• Experience in performance management metrics.

Expected salary range:
$130,960.00 – $206,200.00
