IT Specialist needed for our Help Desk Team!
Note: This position is designed as 60% remote, 40% on-site, 8:30AM-5PM EST Mon-Friday. 3 days a week will be remote, with 2 days on-site at client location.
We need a mid-tier geek who is fanatical about learning, troubleshooting, and making clients happy. We are an MSP who provides an array of services from Tier 1 help desk support to deeper systems administration, operations-driven application development, and cybersecurity services. This position needs someone who is interested in performing a wide variety of IT-related work, as we aim to fulfill our clients’ business needs across the board. A position dedicated to customer service, you will be required to interact with clients remotely and in-person on a regular basis while requiring you to perform back-end systems administration and operational development tasks with a group of like-minded, self-motivated tech geeks.
Required experience: At least 6 years in IT Operations (networking and system administration)* OR 3 years in each IT service desk and Operations *(I.E. 4 years Help Desk + 3 years Systems Administrator is appropriate)
Less than 5 years is entry-level. 5-10 years is junior/mid-level. >10 years is usually experienced enough to be a senior level geek.
