Our Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products and answering any questions our clients may have.

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

Responsiblities for the Customer Service Representative:

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Process customer policy change requests
• Cross-sell products such as Life Insurance
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers

Pay: $35,360.00 – $42,000.00 per year
