The Role
Reporting to the SVP, HR for Pharmaceutical Solutions and Services, the Vice President, HR Business Partner serves as a critical member of the PSaS HR Leadership Team and Extended Leadership Team for the McKesson Enterprise HR function.The VP, HRBP has dual leadership responsibility for McKesson’s Practice Management business and The US Oncology Network HR functions and teams, serving as the HR Business Partner and leader for the President, US Oncology.
As the VP HRBP for McKesson, this role is aligned with key executives of the Practice Management team responsible for shaping long-term business strategy. This role is responsible for developing talent strategies and workforce plans, and leading complex organizational design initiatives to align structures, processes, roles, and rewards to long-term strategy and capability requirements.
As the VP of HR for USON, this role develops and implements an overall HR strategy for The Network of over 18,000 employees, which will align and actively support the growth plans of practices within USON. This role will assess the current and future state of human resources and needs of the company across all areas of HR including business partner support, employee relations, benefits, talent strategy, acquisition and retention, learning & leadership development, performance management, compensation, HRIS, and talent management & succession planning. This role directly oversees a team of 25+ HR McKesson professionals and indirectly 80+ Practice Generalists.
This unique HR Executive role not only leads the HR Business Partner activities for the McKesson Practice Management organization in partnership with the McKesson HR COEs and Shared Services organization, in parallel this HRVP leads its own Shared Services and COE organizations in service to the US Oncology Network of practices.

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
$214,100 – $356,800
