Summary
As a Recruiter, you will coordinate the firm’s efforts to attract, hire, and retain the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
You will work alongside the HR Director to develop and execute recruiting strategies that position McGill competitively in the AEC market, using a diverse mix of approaches to ensure high visibility for potential candidates including social media, cold calls, referrals, job boards, company website, outside search firms, career fairs, etc. You will assess applicants, present them to respective hiring managers, and assist them in interviewing and selecting the best candidate for each position. You will utilize the company’s applicant tracking system and assist in the onboarding process, working with the hiring manager and other McGill departments to ensure an overall positive candidate experience.
You will champion McGill culture through employee interactions and social events to ensure the company is an employer of choice.
