DescriptiSpecific Duties:
Act as liaison for employees.
Responsible for all areas of recruitment.
Responsible for developing employment ads for newspapers, on-line ads, job fair flyers.
Organizes, schedules the company recruiting, selection, job fairs and placement program.
Maintain job applications for personnel eligible to work in the facility. (Includes job applications, resumes, reference checks, etc., of those persons meeting the eligibility requirements for the position in which they applied.)
Schedule new employees for finger prints in the Identogo System.
Orient new employees to explain personnel policies, procedures, payroll procedures, safety regulations, etc.
Develop, implement, and maintain an adequate filing system that meets the needs of the facility and complies with current employment practices.
Provide public information (i.e. verification of employment, wages, etc.) in accordance with current laws, regulations, and guidelines governing such matters.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of basic office equipment, computer and office procedures. Effective communication skills both oral and written required. Must have strong knowledge and experience at recruiting, orientation and paperwork of new hires.
Education, Training & Experience:
BS in Human Resource Management or relevant field. One-year experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role. Current Oklahoma Driver’s License. Knowledgeable of guidelines pertaining to wage and hour, labor relations, etc. Knowledge of regulations and guidelines concerning a long-term care facility.
