Job Description
The Opportunity: This role will support various Workday HCM business systems and provide escalated tier support of issues and various project initiatives. This is a very hands-on role with the opportunity to provide support on all aspects of Workday including core HCM, time tracking, absence, advanced compensation, talent and reporting modules.
We are seeking a highly capable Workday analyst to support our HCM database and reporting requirements by delivering on all the robust functions Workday was designed to handle.
To ensure success as the Workday analyst, you should possess experience in HRIS analysis in a related industry, preferably with experience supporting a global company. Outstanding HRIS analysts combine their HR knowledge with expertise in Workday HRIS to maximize Workday functionality to support business needs and optimize HR processes.
This role is based in Mattel’s global headquarters in El Segundo, CA and reports directly into the Director HR Technology.
