Job Summary/Objective:
The Marketing Manager will develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive foot traffic, generate revenue, increase on-site conversion, and ensure repeat business while utilizing all aspects of marketing at Medivolve. The Marketing Manager will engineer a combination of digital and print media to drive up patient volume and deploy geo-fenced, targeted campaigns with internal and external engineering teams. This individual is responsible for developing strategies and executing tactics that communicate Medivolve’s brand message to generate business. The successful candidate is creative, innovative and self-starting with knowledge of web analytics.

Essential Functions

Develops annual marketing strategy.
Establishes department budget, understands profit and loss statements.
Executes sales, marketing, referral, and advertising objectives and strategies as outlined in the annual marketing plan.
Responsible for meeting personal and team performance goals by managing sales activity to ensure sales and closing goals are met through execution of ongoing lead nurture campaigns.
Become a product subject matter expert and champion, and cross-functional leader who unites marketing, sales, customer success, and product/services teams to drive business results.
Maintains collateral sales, marketing materials, and give-aways/SWAG.
Build CRM and email database campaigns to increase visitation and ensure repeat business.
Oversee all reputation and citation management on all related digital platforms.
Plan and execute content strategy for all digital channels.
Develop and deploy geo-fenced, targeted ad campaigns.
Manage social media strategies to grow organic and paid social media channels.
Uses standardized performance metrics to set goals and diagnose areas of strength or needed improvement.
Load balancing customers per physical location.
Prepares and maintains accurate and relevant reports as required.
Measure marketing program performance and effectively communicate results to the leadership team.

Ability to help drive creative and content efforts across the marketing continuum.
Understanding of software engineering, will train, no previous engineering experience required.
Tech savvy with deep technical writing capability, will train, no previous experience necessary.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with successful record of presenting virtually, via telephone, and in person to both large and small groups.
Well-versed in traditional and digital marketing tactics.
Ability to work with multiple staff while managing several projects simultaneously.

Experience with investor presentations.

Understand 3rd party platforms such as Flexbooker, Hubspot, Ring Central, etc.
Experience working with Asana, Wrike or similar digital work tool.
Proficiency in Mac and PC operating platforms, as well as GoogleSuite/Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s is a plus.
2+ years product marketing (or related) experience.

Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Completion of office tasks that require sitting, standing, bending, twisting, grasping, and walking to other locations; attendance at meetings, both in-person and virtual; and participation in conference calls.
Travel Required
May require travel throughout the country including overnight travel, early mornings, and late nights.
