One of Manpower Client is urgently hiring for Training Development Manager – $73.78/hr.

What will you be doing?

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of outcome-based Program curricula for assigned client groups
• Will work with key stakeholders to lead the development of learning objectives, training programs, training support materials, and assessment criteria to establish structured, reliable, and repeatable programs that meet the training needs stipulated in internal management systems and the regulations that govern company’s Gas Transmission.

What will you bring?

• Competent user of LMS application (s).
• Competent user of Microsoft Office Programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Degree in Adult Learning and/or Instructional Design – preferably at the master’s level
• 7+ years of directly related experience.
