Human Resources/Recruiting Assistant

Location: Compton, CA
Pay Rate: 23.00 Hourly

What you’ll be doing:

• Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting new hire orientation, maintaining records and information

• Create and post job descriptions and pre-screen candidates for open positions and schedule interviews.

• Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information.
• Maintains strict confidentiality and appropriately work with sensitive information and documents

• Assist with tracking discipline and recruiting.

• Creating, managing, and auditing employee personnel files.

  Who were looking for:

• 1-year Prior Recruiting Experience – Mandatory

• Computer Literate: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – Mandatory
• Great Communication skills both Verbal and Written

• Ability to Work Independently
• Great Time Management Skills
• Must be able to pass Background and Drug Screenings (Including Marijuana)
