The Parts Order Entry Specialist is responsible for many varied tasks within the parts department, including but not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:

Primary

• Supporting customer requests including quoting, entering orders our ERP system,printing off orders & pick lists, etc.
• Managing customer portals

Secondary

• Picking and packing parts orders whenever primary responsibilities are fulfilled and/or ina backup support capacity whenever needed.
• Processing the receipts of incoming replenishment parts through verifying the accuracyof each order, putting them into their appropriate inventory locations, and processing thatreceipt within the inventory tracking system in a backup support capacity wheneverneeded.
• Maintaining accurate parts inventory counts through accurately recording of all partsincoming and outgoing transactions, ensuring that parts are kept in their correctdesignated locations accurately, and through periodic cycle counting in a backup supportcapacity whenever needed.
• Performing all tasks within the framework of a Gold Standard of customer support.
• Performing warehouse housekeeping through aisle sweeping, warehouse organizing,and removing trash and other department clutter.
• Processing of returns.
• Consistently maintain thorough and accurate paperwork and other departmental records.
• Potentially become part of the Parts Department weekend rotation for customer parts support at some point in the future.

What do you bring?

Required:

• 3+ years of order entry & customer service experience in a manufacturing segment.
• 3+ years of ERP experience. SysPro would be ideal but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

• Working knowledge of general warehouse operations.
• Able to learn quickly and at times work independently.
• Availability to work the required number of hours to complete the job, includingoccasional overtime and weekend work.
