Great opportunity for people interested in getting out of retail or serving or hosting or any other type of customer service job. WE are off on all big holiday’s no working until 9 at night, not rotating weekend shifts none of that! Great Base salary of 50k AND commission paid monthly for every position you fill. 5%! Can be from 400$ per month to 2000$ per month!

You only need to be eager to learn with average computer skills. You have to be a great customer service oriented person with the desire to take care of Mancan’s customers. Which are local businesses and every day people coming in to our office for assistance in finding them a job.

The job involves meeting a lot of people. Interviewing to determine what their job skills are and what experience they actually have. Finding out what kind of work environment is most suitable for them. Sometimes you might assist in putting together resume’s for submission to customers that require them.

You need to have thick skin in this job. Sometimes working with the public can be taxing and you have to have the ability to let things roll off your back and maintain your professional and kind demeanor. Our employees are our bread and butter, and being rude is not an option. So we just need someone that maintains a positive outlook in most every situation.

Additionally you need to be a stick to it and never give up type of person. People are hard to find right now to place in various positions and you have to be able to perservere and keep up the search. We do so many different kinds of recruiting, and you will be a very important part of that. Job fairs, and resume searches, sending texts and emails to candidates that have applied on line. Talking to high school and college classes all kinds of recruiting activities you will need to be willing to do even though you most likely never have done before. But will be trained to do. As long as you don’t have a fear of talking to people.

What we are looking for-

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Average computer (MS Office) and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Positive attitude with an “own the role” mentality
• This is a client and candidate facing position in a business casual office environment; business casual attire and professional customer service oriented demeanor.
