IT Shift Manager – NIGHT ( Los Angeles, California-Onsite role)
PURPOSE:
The hands-on “Terminal IT shift manager” manages operational availability of Technology Infrastructure, Systems, and Service vendors during the work shift. This role is responsible of ensuring that local IT delivery team and IT service vendors deliver to expectations during operational work shift. The role will be tasked with implementing IT procedure for vendors and for teams under its responsibility. The role focuses on local terminal IT operations while partnering with regional & global IT teams for a consistent execution of shared services and tool.
Candidate must have an experience with management and with practice for running IT operation, with management of technology infrastructure, systems and in people management. The candidate will lead and manage a focused technology team, technology vendors and work towards developing and delivering high quality business and foundational IT technology area. The candidate must be skilled in working alongside operational area users, in collecting and managing operational requirements, and in problem solving.

Work is performed mainly indoors (95%) but it will require to perform some coordination activities outdoors, specially under testing phase. This job position requires working through late evening and night shift, for most or all the workdays. General office setting, typically the employee may sit comfortably to perform the work, usually at a computer terminal – with short breaks or lunch period. However, there may be some bending/stooping, reaching above shoulder level, walking; standing; carrying of light items such as papers, books or packages of up to 25 pounds. Should be able to hear & speak clearly using phone / headset to communicate with customers; be able to navigate, view & enter information on the computer. May need to travel across the US and occasionally overseas.
Company Benefits:
Pay Range:
$160,000 to $180,000
*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
