Job Description:
Madison College is hiring a full time Dual Credit Administrative Planner to provide complex administrative support for the Early College Office Dual Credit programming. This program supports over two hundred teachers in over fifty high schools in Wisconsin, providing high school students the opportunity to earn credit for college level courses. This position is responsible for the operational support and coordination of the program including maintaining the schedule of dual credit classes, ensuring student enrollment, processing hires of dual credit teachers, and monitoring grant spending.
As the first point of contact for the dual credit program, you will interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. The ability to propose solutions, manage multiple priorities, triage problems if they arise, and to maintain detailed and accurate data and communication is a must in this position.
Core office hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, M-F. Some flexibility with work hours to be determined with the supervisor. The position supports limited remote work, per the current College Remote Work policy, which is subject to change.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1.Skill in communicating effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing.
2.Demonstrated skill in communications and human relations with populations of diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds and persons with disabilities.
3.Knowledge of relevant college policies, procedures and departments. Ability to learn and retain new information, systems and processes.
4.Knowledge of and/or ability to quickly learn and use advanced features of software, such as Microsoft Office, Canusia (dual enrollment software) PeopleSoft Student Administration System, Navigate Student Success Platform, Workday and Cognos.
5.Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and make decisions under pressure. Strong organizational skills, precision, and keen attention to detail. Ability to be flexible and adapt to a fast-paced office environment with a commitment to professional development.
6.Ability to work independently, use critical thinking and analysis to pro-actively solve problems and improve processes.
7.Ability to collaborate within a team, coordinate work with team members, review the work of others, and maintain appropriate quality and production standards to meet unit goals.
Minimum Qualifications
1.Associates degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience directly related to the skills required for successfully performing this position. –Experience used as an equivalent of an educational requirement is in addition to any experience required by the position.
2.Three (3) years of relative work experience, directly related to the skills required for successfully performing the duties of this position.
