Love Your Bath LLC, a home services company specializing in bath and shower remodeling. In fact, we are the exclusive Jacuzzi® Bath Remodel dealer in Florida, offering beautiful, custom bathtubs and showers, expertly installed in as little as one day.

We are looking for appointment specialists to join our growing team! We need well-spoken specialists to contact homeowners who have expressed interest in a bath remodeling consultation. You will schedule appointments by phone and occasionally in person at our Home Show events.

***If you cannot work on the weekends, please do not apply.*** This position requires all employees to work either Saturday or Sunday.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

Job Type: Full-time

This position will be remote after successful completion of training.

The position pays $18 to start. On top of your hourly, we have an aggressive bonus structure based on how many appointments you have demo, and if those appointments result in a sale by our design consulting team. Our agents typically earn $22 to $27 per hour depending on overall production.

THE ROLE

You will contact homeowners who have already expressed interest in an appointment and schedule a time for our design consultants to meet with them at their home. To be clear, this is not cold calling or selling over the phone; You will be scheduling appointments, along with answering and making calls to/from homeowners who respond to our advertising. We need a team who will ensure all data is correct, that prospects are a good fit for what we offer and create a great first impression over the phone and/or in person!

You will follow a script of questions designed to gather the necessary information to get the homeowner scheduled for a free consultation in timely and accurate manner. We provide the script, training and support… If you are motivated, persuasive, have computer skills and are able to provide a positive customer experience, you may be exactly who we are looking for.

· Sets appointments via inbound/outbound calls for the design consulting team.

· Meet or exceed appointment setting and quality of goals within system guidelines.

· Handle every prospect, customer and co-worker with exceptional customer service.

· Enter data into the system accurately and efficiently.
