Maintain filing system
Perform essential office duties daily.
Administrator for Asset Essentials and Energy Manager.
Purchase parts, equipment, services, and office supplies for Maintenance.
Maintain fleet vehicle inventory, inspections, and reservations.
Process invoices and track expenditures on a spreadsheet
Create, maintain/update Fire Evacuation maps.
Coordinate meetings and appointments for Director and maintenance supervisor
Maintain Facilities calendar.
Other duties as assigned.
Monthly and/or Quarterly:
Schedule all inspections (quarterly, semi-annual, annual).
Manage by processing monthly credit cards for Facilities, Fleet, and DeHart Garden.
Update ADA, Paving, Recycle, Facilities Strategic, and Capitol plans.
Tree Campus USA Administrator
Maintain and update Facilities policy and procedures.
Coordinate projects and track cost/expenditures.
Maintain training logs and materials needed for each training
Create and/or purchase signage as needed by maintenance.
Create summer walk-through inspection worksheets.
Prepare for the Fire Marshall annual visit.
Maintain boiler and elevator inspections as required by NCDOL.
Create and maintain campus maps for utilities, lighting, and the like.
Log and update PMs.
Schedule repairs for facilities.
Update vendor COI’s and provide copies to support annual Worker’s Comp Premium Audit.
Assist and serve as a resource to other departments when needed.
Schedule institutional repairs such as utilities.
Qualifications, Required Knowledge, and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid N.C. driver’s license.
Pass a criminal background check.
Preferred Qualifications
3 to 5 years experience in construction industry administration
