The Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) invites applications for the position of Health Benefits Manager. A Health Benefits Manager plans, organizes, and manages a variety of employee health benefits and wellness programs for the District, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and flexible spending accounts, and assures compliance with District objectives, policies, contract provisions, and state and federal regulations.
SALARY INFORMATION
MONTHLY SALARY: $10,326.76 – $12,793.05* ($123,921.12-$153,516.60 annually)
*Salary Information is based on a full-time, 12-month position

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCEPTANCE OF AN APPLICATION:Education:
A bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university preferably with a major in business administration, public administration, or a related field. Supervisory experience is desirable.
Experience:
Four years of recent, full-time, professional-level, paid experience in the administration of a comprehensive employee health benefits program. Supervisory experience is desirable.
Special:A valid Class “C” California driver’s license is required. Travel throughout the District is required.
