What You Will Learn:

• Providing insight into emerging digital business and communicate with operational and international business partners.
• Helping establish data collection, management, and usage processes to conduct analytics requests more easily.
• Conducting gross margin analysis and impacts by source to communicate with leadership.
• Financial reporting and consolidation for a global Beauty leader
• Working on ad-hoc financial analytics requests to report on L’Oreal’s financial health and identify potential operational improvement opportunities.
• Ensuring legal requirements respect and service quality.
• Participation in group and local financial projects to improve processes.
• Using the lean mindset in day-to-day work

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 Years of experience in accounting, finance or financial data department
• Supplier relationship experience
• Knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulations
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting processes and internal control principles
• Respects deadlines and the ability to manage priorities
• Has a rigorous, precise approach with an eye for spotting patterns
• Teamwork and knowledge sharing
• Microsoft Office 365 experience
• Ability to work as part of a team, share knowledge and desire to be challenged
• Ability to implement and recognize appropriate financial controls
• Ability to efficiently communicate financial analysis with business partners
• Ability to work in groups outside of your immediate team and delegate tasks
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to enforce compliance on process and accounting rules
• Change management experience / Growth mindset

• SAP

• Magnitude
• Shared Service Center experience is appreciated.
• Service Management experience is appreciated.
