Job Summary:
Responsible for the facilitation and execution
of all Lancome Events. Partners with field sales team on all brand needs and in
store strategy to enhance the client experience to drive retail sales. Oversees
and manages all event planning, execution and client facing activations for
geographic area.
Judgment and Decision Making: Offers judgment and opinions programs and
field needs. Requires moderate supervision in decision-making.
Financial Scope: Responsible for managing personal T&E
budget
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Event Facilitation Execution: 80%
2. Field Support 20%
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– 3-5 years beauty and education experience required
– Strong artistry skills
– Strong presentation and facilitation skills
– Strong understanding of skincare services
– Strong understanding and application of all
digital & social platforms
– Strong written, oral, and interpersonal
communication skills
– Strong operational and project management
skills
– Knowledge of industry and education programs
– Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
– Adaptability in a rapidly changing
environment

Salary
Range: $98,000 – $110,000 (The actual compensation
will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic
location, work experience, education, and skill level)
