What to Expect
Tesla’s Cell Manufacturing Team is looking for a highly motivated individual to manage new cell manufacturing equipment projects. This is a cross-functional role that requires coordination between many different groups within and outside of Tesla. You will interface with Factory Design, Construction, Quality, Supply Chain, Production Engineering and Operations to drive deployment plans of new internal manufacturing lines in our innovative Electrode area.
You will be immersed in engineering projects from design through install, commissioning, ramp, and handover to production. You will use your engineering background to understand the product requirements, technical risks, and validation strategy to accelerate the deployment process. You will communicate and present project status, highlight schedule risk, and develop recovery plans in the event of a project slip.
You will be based out of Fremont, California with opportunity for some travel to other Tesla sites and vendors.

Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:
Expected Compensation
$80,000 – $258,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
