Qualifications:

• Ability to be discreet with respect for employer’s privacy
• Ability to think on your feet and also easily take direction without getting defensive
• Strong technology skills
• Seeking longevity/long-term commitment
• Problem-solving and “get it done” attitude
• Negotiating and supervisory skills for outside contractors and other staff
• Ability to communicate proficiently through text messaging or other chat apps
• Able to work 5-10 Saturdays a year
• Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling for Partner’s and supervising projects
• Shopping for food, supplies, and other requested items
• Shipping packages (gifts, returns, etc.)
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating events and activities
• Supporting other office Admin staff when necessary
• Sending clients emails
• Special projects (e.g., helping find new office space)
• Ensuring partners don’t miss meetings
• Be a gate keeper for partner’s time
• Other items as necessary
