Oversees a team of talent operations associates who deliver an exceptional HR service experience to employees, managers, and internal partners enterprise wide. The talent operations team manages administration related to new hires, terminations, leaves of absence and workplace accommodations, in addition to fielding general HR-related inquiries. The supervisor ensures compliance and mitigates organizational risk through consistent and timely application of HR policies and state/federal laws and regulations. Leads and/or participates as a subject matter expert in various HR projects and initiatives-including vendor RFPs, Workforce Transitions, Acquisitions/ Integrations, implementation of technology enhancements.
