Job Details
- Schedule student appointments and maintain SARS grid and meeting calendar.
- Maintain confidentiality of student, faculty, and staff matters through annual FERPA training.
- Process and compose letters, forms, memos, emails, spreadsheets, presentations, grant documents, and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Colleague.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure the department’s M: drive is accurate and updated.
- Manage the departments day to day operations including communication through shared email accounts and phone calls.
- Process requisitions, travel requests, and work orders to support the needs of the department of Student Services, Counseling, and Office of Access & Accommodations.
