Job Details
- Share information about Talent Search and Upward Bound goals and activities with target school and agency personnel in order to recruit and select participants
- Coordinate Part-time Advisors schedules as well as school reports
- Service a caseload of middle school and high school students within the target school districts
- Act as liaison within the target schools to conduct group meetings/workshops and individual conferences with participants, clarify interest and goals, administer and interpret career assessments, provide career guidance and educational counseling
- Consult with guidance counselors or service agency caseworkers to coordinate counseling activities with participants, all while providing information about secondary and post-secondary programs of study
