Level Desktop Support Analyst (Contract) LOOKING FOR Level 2 Desktop Support Analyst (Contract) JOB AT Blue Ash, OH

Encore Technologies is seeking a Level 2 Desktop Support Analyst to work for a client in Cincinnati, OH. This is a 3 month long contract that will be worked 5 days a week on-site. This project is set to begin August 22, 2022.

Responsibilities:

• Testing the applications via a documented procedure that will be created beforehand

Qualifications:

• Must have IT fundamentals and networking skills
• Familiar with desktop apps, browser based apps, client VPN apps and troubleshooting
• Must be extremely organized

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $28.00 – $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Blue Ash, OH 45242: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
