Leidos is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead an HR team that supports our Antarctic Support Contract (ASC). This position can be remote and requires frequent travel to the main program office in Centennial (Denver), CO with the ability to deploy to Antarctica. The Senior HR Business Manager will work with a team who supports a virtual workforce across multiple locations in the United States and Antarctica. Key responsibilities include working with program leadership to develop HR programs by identifying HR strategies that support near and long-term business objectives. The Senior HR Business Manager will lead a team of HR Business Partners and, as the Senior HR Business Manager for the prime contractor, will oversee collective HR strategies in support of the program and will work with multiple subcontractor companies.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will identify opportunities for HR to engage effectively with management, demonstrate HR value by aligning to business objectives, and support change management activities. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coaching and consulting; developing selection and retention strategies; and delivering on HR programs (e.g. Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation, Rewards and Recognition, Compliance, etc). The successful candidate must be proactive in strategic staffing support, able to take the lead on continuous organizational assessments and identify resources/strategies to address strategic programs such as inclusion, morale and implementing culture change initiatives. Must be able to effectively influence and communicate. This position will work very closely with programmatic leadership, who sets the tone and is involved in day-to-day tasking and prioritization. In addition, they will work with Corporate HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) and other functions needed to support the assigned client base. The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, perform in depth analysis of programs and policies, and possess the interpersonal skills necessary to interact with employees,
and all levels of leadership. They must be highly ethical, responsive to client needs, demonstrate strong business acumen, and maintain customer satisfaction levels regarding HR support.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Pay Range:Pay Range $105,300.00 – $162,000.00 – $218,700.00
