Job Summary:
Ensures and/or provides patient care in accordance with the RN job description. With the Director, assumes accountability for the direction and management of patient care within assigned area. Assists Director in the management of material, financial, and human resources within the assigned unit.

Education – Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree Nursing
Experience – Required:
- 3 years Registered nurse in an acute care hospital setting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Required:
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and ideas.
- Ability to teach and direct others with positivity and encouragement.
- Demonstrated proficiency in directing and guiding personnel.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Licensure – Required:
- Registered Nurse PA Upon Hire
Certifications – Required:
- CPR – Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire and
- Certification in clinical speciality within 1 Year
